Bates College Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS) is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist licensed in Maine to provide consultation and mentorship to the Psychiatric NP and periodically to the Clinical Team at designated staff meetings. This is an excellent opportunity to offer psychiatric input and expertise to the clinical staff at CAPS to benefit student mental health and young adult development. This is intentionally designed as a consultation role, so the selected individual would not see students directly to provide psychiatric care.

This arrangement would require a 1-2 hours weekly commitment when school is in session, services can be offered remotely, and compensation will be an hourly rate with no benefits.
