The first one https://mothertobaby.org/ has just been launched by OTIS (Organization of Teratology Information Specialists). It’s a website providing info for patients and providers on use of medications during pregnancy and breastfeeding as well as a “live chat with an expert feature.” It has some concise, but thorough “Fact sheets” on different meds that can printed and given as handouts and there is an App for iPhone and android which is found by searching for MotherToBaby in the Apps.
The second one https://toxnet.nlm.nih.gov/newtoxnet/lactmed.htm isn’t new, but not everyone knows about it. It is an NIH produced site that is very comprehensive regarding use of all drugs and alternative treatments during lactation. It also has an APP for iPhone and android which you find by searching for LactMed. I use the APP all the time.
Using these and the MGH site www.womensmentalhealth.org, especially their monthly reviews of new publications, gives you access to a wealth of up to date info on perinatal prescribing.
