Free Course of the Month for Members!

Cannabis has been used as a therapeutic agent for millennia and was part of the U.S. pharmacopeia until the 20th century. Recent progress in understanding neurobiology of the endocannabinoid signaling system has improved the scientific basis for examining the mechanisms of therapeutic action of the cannabinoids. This presentation reviews the endocannabinoid system and discusses the potential benefits of cannabidiol. Presented by Mohini Ranganathan, M.D. of the Yale School of Medicine.
